A Coding Kid Gives Free Advice About Kids Learning Code

We had chance to speak with Ben, Paz’s son and a current student at Hatch, to learn more about his experience with camp.

What was your favourite project at Hatch?

My favourite project was called Wallie’s Adventure. It was to see how long you could last without hitting the red balls.

What do you want to do when you’re older?
I don’t really know yet.

What’s your favourite candy?
My favourite candy is a Mars bar.

Do you have any advice for other kids who want to learn how to code?
It is very hard in the beginning but you will learn very quickly and make cool projects. After each project, it feels so rewarding and it feels really good to be level 2 once you get there.

Great advice, Ben! Hatch is more than a coding program – it’s a place where your kids can learn more about themselves and the opportunities for their future. Learn more about camps, weekly classes and after-school programsSign up today!
